I never thought that I could find a phone that has mobile TV feature, touchscreen and worth less than 100$. Motorola came up with a phone that is not just cheap but very versatile as well. It has TFT resistive touchscreen, 65K colors. It measures 320 x 400 pixels and 3.2 inches. Its sounds tools include alert types (vibration & MP3 ringtones), loudspeaker and 3.5 mm jack. Its memory has 1000 entries and photocall. It has call records too and an additional card slot microSD that is up to 8 GB. Yes it has GPRS and EDGE. Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP is also accessible. However it is not 3G, no WLAN available and even infrared port. Its primary camera is 3.15 MP, 2048×1536 pixels with video but no secondary video. Messaging features include SMS, MMS and Email. It has WAP 2.0/xHTML browser, with stereo FM radio with RDS, downloadable games and java apps. Its java apps are mobile TV, MP3/WAV/eAAC+ player, MP4/H.263 player, organizer, voice memo and predictive text input. It uses a standard battery Li-Ion 910 mAh that can last up to 250 hours of standby and 4 hours and 10 minutes call of talk time.
