It is important to have a firm decision when buying a mobile phone. Make sure of what you really wanted to buy. I remember my experience a couple of months ago. I intend to buy a dual SIM phone so I can have 2 network provider of my choice. I have just the exact amount of money to buy the cheapest which is about $45. I headed to the local store downtown.
